Issuing a promotional license

Select "Licenses for discounts and offers” from the right menu and choose "Issue an offer license".

Agree to the general instructions and obligations by clicking OK.

Choose only one type of offer from the displayed list.

If you choose "Prize Draw", another screen will appear to determine the type of the draw: Electronic or prize draw ballot.

Choose the establishment for which an offer license will be issued.

The system will display the data pertaining to the establishment and will ask you to choose the branch or branches for which a license will be issued.

In this step you will determine how the offer will be displayed, for example: "Buy one and get the second one for free.

Set the period during which you the offer will be valid by entering a launch and expiry date.

The system will ask you to upload the requirements: a copy of the establishment record, a copy of the award list and the price list.

The system will display the prize list for review and validation.

Determine the dates and places of the prize draws if the offer is a "prize draw"

Review the data and pledges, acknowledge their validity and submit the request to the Ministry.

The request is checked and reviewed by the relevant department staff and financial audit team.

Approval by the head of the department.

Payment of fees.
