Through the e-Services Access the e-services website: services.moci.gov.qa
Select "Licenses for discounts and offers” from the left menu and choose "Issue discount license".
Agree to the general instructions and obligations by clicking OK.
Choose the establishment for which a discount license will be issued.
The system will display the data pertaining to the establishment.
Select "Licenses for discounts and offers” from the left menu and choose "Issue discount license".
Set the period during which you will be offering discounts. The period must not exceed 21 days.
The system will ask you to upload the requirements: a copy of the establishment record, a copy of the advertisement and the price list.
Review the data and pledges, acknowledge their validity and submit the request to the Ministry.
The request is checked and reviewed by the relevant department staff, inspection and financial audit team.
Approval by the head of the department.
Payment of fees.
