The memorandum of association shall be filled in with the relevant data and the application for incorporation submitted to the Department attached with the required documents

Documents required for the incorporation of a limited partnership company

The Department shall, after having reviewed the application and ensured that the documents attached to the application have been completed, approve, print out and adopt the memorandum of association of the company.

The memorandum of association shall be authenticated by the relevant authority

Declaration of the beneficial owner (download the BO form)

The company shall be registered with the Commercial Registry.

A summary of the Company’s Contract and every amendment thereto shall be published in a local daily newspaper issued in Arabic at the company’s expense.
