Requirements The memorandum of association shall be filled in with the relevant data and the application for the incorporation of the company shall be submitted to the Department attached with the required documents
The Department shall, after having reviewed the application and ensured that the documents attached to the application have been completed, approve, print out and adopt the memorandum of association of the company.
The memorandum of association shall be authenticated by the relevant authority
A summary of the Company’s Contract and every amendment thereto shall be published in a local daily newspaper issued in Arabic at the company’s expense.
