Through the e-Services Access the e-services website: services.moci.gov.qa
Select "Licenses for discounts and offers” from the right menu and then choose "cancel discount/offer license".
Agree to the general instructions and obligations by clicking OK.
Choose the establishment whose licensee will be amended and then choose a main or branch record.
Choose the license that you desire to cancel and justify the reason
Review the data and pledges, acknowledge their validity and submit the request to the Ministry.
The request is checked and reviewed by the relevant department staff and financial audit team.
Approval by the head of the department.
Review and print the license.
