Requirements The memorandum of association shall be filled in with the relevant data (in accordance with the Ministry’s approved form) and the application for incorporation submitted to the Department on such form attached with the following documents
The Department shall, after having reviewed and ensured that the attached documents have been completed, approve, print out and adopt the memorandum of association of the company
The memorandum of association shall be authenticated by the relevant authority.
Presenting the documents indicating the distribution of shares between the partners and the full payment of their value, in addition to the documents indicating that the company received the in-kind shares, if any
Through Service Centers Submitting a service request to the Public Service Officer
Reviewing documents and service requirements
Payment of service fees
Issuing the commercial registration and membership of Qatar Chamber
