Requirements The memorandum of association shall be filled in with the relevant data (in accordance with the Ministry’s approved form) and the application for incorporation shall be submitted to the Department attached with the following documents
The Department shall, after having reviewed and ensured that the attached documents are completed, approve, print-out and adopt the memorandum of association of the company.
The memorandum of association shall be authenticated by the relevant authority.
Submission of the proof of deposit of the company’s full capital
Through Service Centers Submitting a service request to the Public Service Officer
Reviewing documents and service requirements
Payment of service fees
Issuing the commercial registration and membership of Qatar Chamber
