Requirements An official letter submitted to the Intellectual Property Rights Protection Department requesting the issuance of a certificate for the inventor's participation in exhibitions, in order to protect his invention before submitting the patent application to the administration, so as not to lose the novelty condition when submitting his original application to the administration within a period of 6 months from the date of presentation of the invention in the exhibition.

Handing it to the concerned party within two working days
