Requirements Filling out a signed application form for a certificate of deposit, indicating the applicant's data, data of the classified, and the agent's data (in case there was one)
A copy of the individual's' personal identification card
Commercial register of companies and institutions
A copy of the procuration document. It should be certified in case it was submitted through an agent
A hard copy of the classified that is to be deposited
An electronic copy on a CD
Through Service Centers Receiving the deposit application
It should be examined, and if accepted, the deposit fee shall be paid
Granting the certificate of deposit of the classified and recording it
