Requirements Fill out the application form to register a commercial agency
An official letter requesting the addition of a commercial agency registration application.
The Agency Agreement with the principal company in accordance with the Law of Commercial Agents.
Valid Commercial Registry.
Copy of the signer's personal ID. (He should be one of the authorized people to sign.)
HC Code from the General Authority of Customs.
Through Service Centers Submit the application and attach the required documents.
The Department shall review the application and consider the Agency Agreement.
The Department shall decide either to approve, return or reject the application and notify the applicant.
If the agency registration is approved Registration fees will be collected and a relevant certificate will be issued.
IF the agency registration is rejected. The applicant may submit an appeal to the Minister within 30 days.
