An official letter from the principal or the parent company indicating the continuity of the Agency Agreement with the Agent or any evidence of its continuity.
A letter from the principal requesting renewal.
A copy of the valid commercial registry.
A copy of the Agent’s personal ID.

The Department shall review the application and consider the renewal of Agency.
The Department shall decide either to approve, return or reject the application and notify the applicant.
If the agency registration is approved Registration fees will be collected and a relevant certificate will be issued.
If the agency registration is rejected. The applicant may submit an appeal to the Minister within 30 days.
