Procedures for issuing a new commercial licence: Filling out and printing a commercial licence application form and an authorization form – an undertaking to comply with the terms of the licence via the website of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce. The following shall be attached with the application:

1- A photo of the building’s exterior facade.

2- A photomontage of the billboard with the trade name on the exterior facade identifying the required dimensions.

3- A photocopy of the ID of the licence holder, the director in charge, and the representative.

4- Photocopies of the lease contract directly from the landlord.

5- A certificate of completion of construction.

6- An Extract of the commercial registry obtained from the officer at the Commercial Registration Department.

7- An authorization letter and an undertaking obtained from the website of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

8- Issuance of the commercial licence from the officer at the Commercial Licences Department.
